Privacy Policy
Lost Shipments
To report a lost shipment, call Customer Service at (914) 831-3365.
If an order is lost, Securenet USA Group LLC customer service representatives will
quickly research the order and replace it, if necessary.
Lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.
Note: If you request special shipping or handling, including shipment
via a carrier other than Securenet USA Group LLC's carrier of choice, you will bear all
risk of loss in transit and will be responsible for filing a claim with the
carrier.
Defective/DOA Products
If you receive defective product, contact

or call (914) 831-3365 to request a RMA number.
Securenet USA Group LLC tests all returned defective and DOA products. If a product is
found not to be defective, it will be considered as overgoods and will be
returned to the customer. The customer will be charged a processing fee per
shipment returned, plus related freight charges.

Packaging Returns
Reference the Securenet USA Group LLC RMA Number on the shipping label only.
Return the product in original packaging and all documents and components.
Failure to do so may result in that product being returned to you.
Do not write on the manufacturer?s box. Writing on the manufacturer?s box
will deem the product as non-resalable and the product will be returned to you.
Return Requirements
Products purchased from Securenet USA Group LLC within the previous 45 days may be
returned provided the following criteria are met:
You do not have defective returns in excess of 15 percent of your previous
90 days' purchases. The 15 percent is calculated within each manufacturer code.
One manufacturer can have more than one manufacturer code.
Due to restrictions set by manufacturers, some manufacturers deviate
from Securenet USA Group LLC's standard defective return policy.
The validity period during which all RMAs will remain open is 20 days from
the date Securenet USA Group LLC issues the RMA. You must allow for in-transit time for the
product to be returned to Securenet USA Group LLC, as Securenet USA Group LLC must physically receive
products within the 20 calendar days.
Manufacturer Policies
Some manufacturers require that all defective and DOA products be returned
directly to them, or they may limit the time frame in which you can return
products.

Electronic Software Distribution Returns Policy
Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) products may be returned if they have
been purchased from Securenet USA Group LLC within the previous 30 calendar days, and
provided the following criteria are met:
You do not currently have ESD returns in excess of 10 percent of your
previous 30 days' purchases. The 10 percent is calculated within each
manufacturer code. One manufacturer can have more than one manufacturer code.
Due to restrictions set by manufacturers, some manufacturers deviate from
Securenet USA Group LLC's standard ESD return policy. Review Manufacturer Policies for more
information.
The validity period during which all RMAs will remain open is 20 days from
the date Securenet USA Group LLC issues the RMA. You will be allowed 20 days from the date
the RMA is issued to provide Securenet USA Group LLC with a completed Letter of Destruction
(LOD) from the end user.
Upon receiving a customer request for the return of an ESD product purchased
from Securenet USA Group LLC, follow these steps:
Provide your end-user customer with a copy of the LOD
Contact Securenet USA Group LLC Customer Service at (914) 831-3365 to request an RMA
number
Upon receiving the completed LOD, complete reseller portion of the form to
include the RMA number
Fax the completed LOD to ESD Returns at (914) 831-3365
Securenet USA Group LLC will issue credit for the previously issued RMA, provided all
return criteria are met
Securenet USA Group LLC Standard Return Policy
Securenet USA Group LLC's Standard Return Policy represents the number of days Securenet
USA Group LLC will honor returns based on manufacturer restrictions that differ from
Securenet USA Group LLC's own standard restrictions. In addition, the allowable percentage
of returns is based on the lookback days.
Securenet USA Group LLC Standard Return Policy is divided into two categories:
Stock Balance This product is unopened, unused and can be resold as new. Products must be in resalable
condition (without price tags, clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete
in the original manufacturer packaging. All products deemed not in stock balance
condition will be returned to customers at their expense.
Defective This product will not operate or is dead on arrival (D.O.A.). Incompatible product is not defective or
D.O.A. Securenet USA Group LLC tests defective and D.O.A products. Any product deemed not
defective or D.O.A. will be returned to customers at their expense.
Shipping And Invoice Discrepancies
For orders of more than $1,900, Securenet USA Group LLC will pay ground freight fees for
Securenet USA Group LLC's carrier of choice.
Securenet USA Group LLC also provides free ground freight on orders more than $700 that
were placed on time2buyit.com or Computer-Assisted Purchasing System (CAPS).
Securenet USA Group LLC will select the carrier.
If you request a carrier other than Securenet USA Group LLC's carrier of choice, you
will bear risk of loss and may incur freight expenses. We will ship at your
expense via any express carrier service you request.
A $5 handling fee applies on all orders less than $500.
Claims for all shipping, invoice and credit memo discrepancies, excluding
damaged product, must be submitted to Securenet USA Group LLC within 30 calendar days of
invoice date. Claims for all damaged product discrepancies must be submitted to
Securenet USA Group LLC within three business days of invoice date.Other terms and
conditions may apply if applicable.

Returns Procedures
To return defective product or send stock-balance shipments, follow these
procedures:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Write the RMA number on the original shipping label, not on the box.
Include one RMA per carton.
Shipments can include merchandise returned for different reasons, such as DOA
vs. stock balancing, but a separate RMA number is required for each SKU and
condition. Please review this policy page thoroughly !

delivered to will call stations.

Overgoods
All products returned to Securenet USA Group LLC that do not meet the original
requirements for that return will be classified as overgoods. All overgoods will
be returned to the customer. The customer will be charged a processing fee per
shipment returned, plus related freight charges.

Stock Balancing
RMA Criteria
You can return products to Securenet USA Group LLC purchased from us within the previous
90 days provided the following criteria are met:
Due to restrictions set by manufacturers, some vendors deviate from Ingram
Micro's standard Stock Balance policy.
You do not currently have Stock Balance returns in excess of 15 percent of
your previous 90 days' purchases. The percentage is calculated within each
manufacturer code. One manufacturer may have multiple codes.
Prior to shipping, you requested and received an RMA number from Ingram
Micro Customer Service
Securenet USA Group LLC RMA numbers will expire after 20 calendar days from issuance.
Any product(s) received after the Securenet USA Group LLC RMA number expires will be
considered as overgoods.
Your account is current.
The product is in resalable condition and is not damaged. See Overgoods section above
for more information.
The product is returned in its original manufacturer's packaging.
Unauthorized products will be considered as overgoods.
You return the product freight-prepaid.
Stock balancing return is within the manufacturer's warranty policies; e.g.,
mass storage and memory products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to
be eligible for stock balancing

Shipping Requirements
Please take care in shipping product back to Securenet USA Group LLC. Returned cartons
that do not meet the following conditions will be returned to you with a $50
processing fee and return freight charged to your account:
Product must be unused.
Product must be complete and in manufacturer's original packaging, with no
visible damage (e.g. rips, tears, compressions, holes or dents).
All seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken.
There must be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging.
There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's
packaging.
If a carton is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap
and the top of the carton.
All product, including the manufacturer carton(s), should be packed into an
additional shipping carton to help prevent damage while in transit.
The RMA number must appear on the shipping label only, not on or inside the
carton. Any carton received without an RMA number on the shipping label will be
returned to the customer.
To ensure proper identification of your RMA #, please place the RMA # in the
following format on your shipping label: RMA #XX-XXXXX. Missing or transposed
digits render an RMA # invalid.
The RMA must reach our warehouse within 20 calendar days of the RMA date, or
the carton will be returned to the customer.
Merchandise must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in
transit
If all criteria are met, Securenet USA Group LLC will issue a credit memo to your
account. Stock Balance credit memos will be issued for cost of product in the
amount of your most recent purchase price or the current selling price,
whichever is lower, and can be applied to future purchases.
